ประวัติซูซูกิในประเทศไทย
1967
1967 Thai Suzuki Motor Co., Ltd. was established on March 9 as a joint venture between Thai partners and Suzuki Motor Corporation ,Japan for the production of Suzuki motorcycles.
1968
1968 Thai Suzuki Motor Co., Ltd. began manufacturing Suzuki motorcycles as its first factory ,located at Bangkhen ,Bangkok on a site of 7 rais (11,200 square meters).
1977
1977 The company moved to the new location at Thanyaburi, Pathumthani encompassing 199.45 rais (319,112 square meters). The new factory capable of manufacturing every type of Suzuki motorcycles was erected.
1987
1987 In November, Thai Suzuki Motor Co., Ltd. celebrated the production of its 1,000,000th motorcycle ,another great milestone of success.
1993
1993 In October, Thai Suzuki Motor Co., Ltd. celebrated the production of its 2,000,000th motorcycle.
1995
1995 Thai Suzuki Motor Co., Ltd. achieved a new highest standard of technological development by producing the first Suzuki 4-stroke engine motorcycle in Thailand, called Suzuki Viva.
1996
1996 In November, Thai Suzuki Motor Co., Ltd. celebrated the production of its 3,000,000th motorcycle.
1997
1997 Thai Suzuki Motor Co., Ltd. has been successfully certified ISO 9002 from RW TUV ,Germany on March 21
1999
1999 Thai Suzuki Motor Co., Ltd. has been trusted of its high quality to produce outboard engines for Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan for its export to America and Europe.
2003
2003 In March, Thai Suzuki Motor Co., Ltd. celebrated the production of its 4,000,000th motorcycle, and has been successfully certified ISO 9001:2000 TUV NORD, Germany on May 23.
2005
2005 Thai Suzuki Motor Co., Ltd. achieved a new highest standard of technological development by producing the first Suzuki 4-Stroke engine with Super CVT transmission motorcycle in Thailand ,called Suzuki Step 125 ,and has been successfully certified ISO 14001:2004 on September 8.
2006
2006 In May, Thai Suzuki Motor Co., Ltd. celebrated the production of its 5,000,000th motorcycle.
2007
2007 Thai Suzuki Motor Co., Ltd. celebrated the 40th anniversary for manufacturing Suzuki motorcycles and Suzuki products, serving Suzuki customers and being a part of Thai society for four decades.
2012
2012 Thai Suzuki Motor Co., Ltd. achieved a new highest standard of technological development by producing the first Suzuki 4 storke engine with Super CVT Trasmission Eco motorcycle in Thailand call Suzuki Nex 110.
